I entered my credentials and then app asked me to update the app. When I open AppStore my app has already latest version. Still keep asking me to update.
App doesn’t work. Cannot see what useage I have. Screen just has a message at the top of it saying YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY ACTIVE SERVICES… which clearly isn’t true as I have paid for a year and am currently using the phone now. No other menus to press so cannot do anything about this screen I’m left with. I do not want to resubscribe to another year but have no option to change this.I do not recommend this app at all 👎🏼👎🏼
The price gone up on sky but the quality is the lowest of lowest, doesn’t work even in the cities
READ THIS ONE NOT ONE STAR. Ok first of all the app ain’t bad it works just fine I don’t know what people are talking about but when I did rollover for data it logged me out so I had to log into another device to get back into the one on now and I was using the right details but it does the job fine it’s cheap and works fine. Good job
Only had the Coles app for a year but no problems so far. Good price and very happy. You are able to check your balance fast. Todays shutdown was unfortunate but Coles can’t be blamed for that.
I tried to solve with coles service team but they don’t reply properly to solve it and I share also screenshots of problem occurs in my device but they didn’t reply. I complained 3-4 time but they told me every time the network will be in maintanance so how we use properly. I know there is 4G but it works like 2G.
I do regret that I use coles mobile now. 1, I tried so many times to transfer my number out to another provider, FAIL every time! 2, with system issues, it charges my twice for prepaid card! I don’t know what to say, who to say. It’s just horrible experience with them. Service line always tell you the same answer, your number is working, there is nothing wrong with it. Didn’t receive the porting order….. The guys at Coles don’t know anything about coles mobile. One said you can return the SIM card if you can’t use it, or not open. The other said all the cards are not returnable . Sorry have to put this. But horrible customer service.
The Coles Mobile app has a serious basic flaw - it keeps asking me to "update" my app to the latest version, and force directs me to the App Store. The problem is, it's already is on the latest version. Hence, I've reverted to checking my data allowances on the web interface instead. Unfortunately, this big is persistent for more than a year, which makes me seriously consider switching to another service.
It needs to update twice a month !
Don’t do it. It’s basically a scam.
