Colgate Connect

While I like the actual toothbrush, it’s impossible to get brush heads in stock. The heads are no longer available in the app where I can use my smile points. When directed to the website to purchase (without points), you can’t buy them because they aren’t in stock. I’ve been chasing brush heads for over 6 months. The irony is that the smile question today was “how often should you replace your toothbrush?” While the Colgate app agrees it’s 3 months, it’s not easy to do with this product.

Yesterday, 7/5/2024, I did my second brushing for the day at 6:13 pm and did not get credit for it. I will stop using the app while brushing if it is not corrected by weeks end. The first time it happened, I do not know the exact date, but it was however long ago that my streak was. The only one about which I care, at this point, is 7/5/2024, as it stops, again, a long streak! Paul.

There’s no point to the app or the hum tooth brush since they took out the replacement heads in the shop. Now there’s nothing to work towards

I love lots of things about the app. I love the games, guided brushing, and graphics. However I wish that you would help me brush my tongue and help me go over my missed spots again.

The hum toothbrush is available to buy on Amazon Mexico. But this app is not available in Mexico. Please allow for this app to be downloaded in Mexico. App Store Connect > Choose the app > pricing and availability > press manage button under App Availability

I used to have really bad teeth but with this app I am good

Toothbrush won’t sync, connect to app via Bluetooth, (fully charged, after resetting, and unpairing and repairing) and the app doesn’t sell replacement heads anymore.
