为什么一打开文件就闪退，崩溃😫

I'm a little bit disturbed by the fact that the collanote kept on glitching on me all the time considering the fact that I bought the collanote already. It used to work so well when it was free cause i’ve been using it for my uni studies but now idk, pls do fix this cause I really do enjoy using this app. Also what saddens me is that the update is not as frequent even if it were to fix a bug it’s taking too long. Recommendation process is also somewhat not visible?

There’s no more digital planner template i can choose now? Even when im a premium user?

Lagging so so so much and each time i want to open other apps, this app would refresf at the home page, taking me out of my note that i opened :) and each time i want to open pdf that i have saved, it loads all the notes like 5 times. I am in med school where everything needs to be fast but this app is slowing me down….the pen is also not as responsive to the first touch (am using apple pencil) so for example if i want to write letter i, only dots would come out cuz the first touch doesn’t produc3 ink on the note…..

I’ve been using this app for years, and recently I decided to buy the premium version for my kid. She uses the custom sticker generation feature a lot for her digital scrapbook, but we recently found out that this feature is no longer available on devices that don’t support Apple Intelligence, since it now requires the Image Playground app to work. Even on my other devices that do support Image Playground, the results aren’t consistent or reliable. Please bring back the feature and stop integrating it with the janky, half-baked Apple Intelligence features. Not everyone has high-end Apple devices that support Apple Intelligence.

the font and highlight will move to another place when exporting the file

I use to love use this in the early age, but now it keep crashing out. It keep lagging when i want to open files to write my notes. Pleasee help me solve this issue

It’s a good app for free I’ve been using it for a year now, in the beginning it had some glitching sometimes so.. I bought the premium version hoping to get rid of the sudden black out and notes closing on its own … but that problem didn’t resolve but more annoying was the app started lagging and the notes were kept moving and loading .. if there’s way to solve this please tell me .. thanks ! Other than that the app is good

Overall, collanote is great note-taking app. However, whenever I want to convert the note to pdf, the handwritten text and cropped photos shift a lot, which is very inconvenient when I’m about to submit my works. It would be great if collanote improve the feature or add a new feature that can avoid the notes to shift or move when convert to pdf.
