I bought premium and placed my notes on my drive section so I can get them on all my apple devices but now it’s laggy and a lottt and my notes takes a lot of time to appear on my screen and when I open them the app closes instantly I’m on iPad 10 which is not supposed to happen and I cannot take my notes back out of my drive to put them on my device idk why and yesterday I added some notes to a note and now I wanted to study them and they disappeared it did not save pls reach out to me cause itsss veryyy annoyinggg and I have all my notes that are NECESSARYfor my finals that are less than 1 wekek away

Most amazing app for for studying

The new update is really stressful to be used, in the toolbar there used to be everything, now u have to have the floating toolbar also on the left in order to access everything which makes the page very disorganized plus the layout of everything makes the whole front page a disorder. I used to only check the names of the file UNDER the file in order to access it which was way lot easier than now. Plus the banner up saying notes and the names of the files is eeally unnecessary, it just adds chaos to the page. Collanote used to be the simplest and the most elegant application out there, but now I'm rethinking about deleting it and downloading another app… And now i noticed with the new update it doesn't let the apple pen act like it should. Im sorry but I'm changing the app. Biggest disappointment ever also my friends are complaining about the same thing and they will not only be changing it but also deleting it

I used to love using this app. Now with the new update it is extremely annoying, especially when doing undo and redo, we need three steps to get to the undo button and if we are taking notes in a lecture we lose time and become behind in note-taking…. Not to mention how frustrating it is when you need to use your fingers to swipe and scroll down or up but and instead you end up scratching on your notes. Very disappointing. The objective of such apps is to make note-taking easy and quick, not complicated and frustrating… a month ago I would have rated this app as 5. I will be looking for an alternative app.
