Sometimes, it’ll scan and say not a winner and then I rescan it to double check and it’s actually winner! This isn’t good. Also, it should let one know the prize value.

Mediocre at best, it’s useless that the app only tells you “you may be a winner” and then the app can’t even tell you how much you won, this just seems kind of useless.
The only reason I downloaded this app was to be able to scan the tickets, but it never works.
App tells you that you might have won but doesn’t say how much. I have to manually look up online each ticket one by one to check. Did I win $2 and can cash it at a gas station? Did I win $1000 and maybe should claim the cash somewhere more secure? If the online website is able to tell you how much you want, why can’t the app do that too?
I just set up an account. Why I would give all of my info and not be able to buy tickets is ridiculous. Waste.
Other states can do it, why can’t CO?? Rewards and points? Purchase tickets through the app? There’s literally no excuse or concern because other states have empirical data showing it can be done successfully
The most frustrating thing about this lottery ticketing app is that it doesn’t tell you how much you’ve won. It just says “you maybe a winner” after scanning the bar code. I don’t want to have to go into a gas station to have only that one person see the details of the amount I’ve won (lie) then pocket the rest. Maybe I’m missing something here but the app is not user friendly… and gives false hope.
Doesn’t recognize email, password, nor allow access from the confirmation letter sent to the correct email. 🤦♀️ Complete waste of time!
Hello, I’m not here to complain or tell you how to design an app, but I would really like to know how much I’ve won on my lucky for life tickets and on scratch tickets. Otherwise this app is great and I use it daily, thank you
I pretty much says it all; you can get the information you’re looking for, but the interface and design is a bit lacking. The best I’ve seen so far is California’s lottery app. Take note Colorado Lottery.
