You can combine and have short and long programs in the same day.
2. Play the color test that will personalize your session. The test customizes your colored light sessions every time so that they always adapt to you. You will have NEW and EXCLUSIVE sessions every time you take the test!
3. Log in anytime, anywhere:
• Sleeping session: When you go to sleep Colors helps you fall asleep.
• Session Now: Wherever you are you can relax and reduce your stress, without having to be in the dark.
• Active Session: While you work, study, socialize or are in a waiting room, Colors helps you reduce your stress, concentrate or eliminate your fears.
4. While doing the colored light session, you can add nature sounds that will complement your session.
Colors is free to download and use without ads. Some features of the programs and functions will always be free.
Some of the content is only available through the payment of an optional subscription. If you choose to subscribe, the payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the time of confirming the purchase.
