Pretty great
I love using this app. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it says check in regularly for at least a month to get tips on your Wellbeing. I have been checking in for almost two months with no tips or hints. It’s fine if this feature was removed or if it worked, just a bit frustrating. Other than that I like the aesthetic and pleasing UI, plus the option to add your own personal triggers and journal entries
