Amazed that I’m excluded from booking a journey using your app. And yet I’m able to book by calling your very helpful telephone booking service. How does that work?

One hour late but drivers best driver I meet

Great service and would have wanted to add a tip to the final amount on my card but not sure if the App allows for that. I was able to do that on the outward journey before I installed the app

I use this taxi form on a weekly basis and they are continuously excellent - the App and using it to book taxis are excellent, the drivers are friendly, and the cars top of the range. I can’t recommend their use more highly

Seems like it works as it lets you book a taxi to the main airport entrance. Taxi accepted our booking and appeared to be due in 3 minutes and you can follow its progress on a predetermined route to your location. You can also watch it go to a different street and leave you stranded. Both you and the driver can cancel the booking. But if you try and get a new driver, the original one can keep accepting and cancelling your booking to leave you hostage in a never ending loop of stress, frustration and confusion. There is unfortunately no way to talk to the driver directly to try and resolve the issue. The option to call in the app only allows you to keep making new bookings through an automated system. When you realise this and hang up, they will call you back to make you do it again.

Taxi booked for 23:15, taxi turned up at 01:15. No comms, no way of tracking, no point in booking as it’s up to the drivers to accept. Disgraceful. Time for Uber to come to Aberdeen. Wake up ComCab!
