Cant book a future taxi or see the disabled taxi part , it seems like only to get a taxi right now to your door

Myself and my partner visit Liverpool 4/5 times a year. Always book with Com cabs never been let down. Drivers are friendly office staff are always courteous and helpful. Recommend them 👍

Booked a cab for 4pm to get me to station for a train journey. By 4:07 hadn’t appeared so called the number and got automated message telling me my journey had been booked and taxi would be with me shortly. When I then spoke to the operator directly she told me they hadn’t got a taxi for me yet and they didn’t guarantee pick up times. So really it’s an utterly pointless app and no notification that there was a problem. Totally useless.

The reason so many have diverted over to Uber, is simply the abysmal service on offer from other cab firms, unwilling to make a forward step into this millennia of tech. Avoid at all costs if possible.

I have used them a few times, they are always to time, their drivers are friendly and professional I would recommend them.

Absolutely joke 1 hour wait for a cab when booking it said 10 mins phoned and they said the app doesn’t give correct time shouldn’t have app if it doesn’t work complain and they banned my joke of a firm better of using alpha or delta or even Uber

I wait in the royal Liverpool for 1 hr 20 mins and they never turned up when finally they text me saying they have arrived and I’d walked into Liverpool town centre got a black cab Just my luck to catch Corvid as I’ve got leukaemia and no immunity system

I am so annoyed my mother who is wheel chair bound was so excited to go out so ordered the taxi in advance so they had plenty of warning and guess what it never showed so was stood outside for half an hour mum in wheel chair and no show then one has just arrived half hour late with the worst attitude ever my advice is avoid
