This app is incredibly unreliable. The constant requests for password confirmation, just to lead you to an error. Consistent problems with simply trying to access Call History. Maddening!
Please allow the user to listen to the current voicemail they recorded so they know what it was rather than having to make a new one if they can’t remember what the recording stated.
For weeks I have not been able to open the app. It’s stuck on the loading screen. I updated the phone, the app, all of the typical fixes. The couple of other coworkers that use this app are also experiencing this.
I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but I am deeply disappointed with the customer service. As my contract recently expired, I began researching and exploring options for renewal. During this process, I requested to reduce my static IP count from 5 to 1, expecting a fair price adjustment. However, my new contract only reflects a minimal change, decreasing from $34.99 to $29.99. To my surprise, my brother recently signed up for the same 1 static IP service at $24.99. Additionally, his new contract for the same plan costs $99.99, while my renewal offer shows $109.99. This pricing discrepancy raises serious concerns, as it is unclear how these rates are being determined. As a loyal customer, I expected to receive a more competitive rate. This inconsistency feels unfair, and I am now considering better options elsewhere.
First, let me say this app worked flawlessly for over a year and allowed me to conduct my business all over the US. Was disconnected from a call. I was on using the business app on my phone today. Called customer service was on the phone for 40 minutes deleted and reinstalled app. Was told to use the B anywhere phone number and start forwarding my calls. As opposed to the app working properly, where I just use the keypad to make a phone call & utilize simultaneous ring so that the people in the physical office location can also still hear the calls. The customer service agent finally opened a support ticket after 38 minutes. He gave me a support ticket number. It’s been two hours. There is still no open Support email. CONCLUSION *cannnot utilize business app to conduct business today**
We have an incredible amount of Comcast outages, most of which are on weekdays when we are open and last many hours. Untold numbers of customers and revenue have been lost because of these outages. Very little has been done to help us to correct this.
Utilizing DND on a phone kills calls to the whole hunt group Users suddenly cannot log into app on their phones because “no phone number is linked” Users cannot turn off ringing notifications on cell phones signed into the app Ringing on cell phones persists even if office desk phones are picked up
Waste of time
The contracts are extensive, the quality of speed and reliability are not what they claim it to be. I recently had my service plan adjusted to see if it would better suit the needs of my business. The rep gave me a different plan, rate and speed. It’s been nothing but a nightmare! I’m being charged the same high rate as before the charges with even less speed now. I contacted cs and was explained my bill was reduced and I will receive a credit. Neither has taken place yet. Comcast business is a joke!!!
