This is one of the most poorly organized apps I’ve ever used and for something as important as door entry/security it is even more appalling. Very slow to switch between cameras. Ability to unlock does not exist beyond the first two doors of our building. Slow to load. Confusing layout where you have to come out of entry the cameras section, and then unlock interior doors without having a visual on the person entering. Whoever developed this has clearly never lived in an apartment building. And to top it off, if the system hardware is ever serviced the app no longer sees the devices and must be removed from your phone and reinstalled from scratch. Any customization you made is then lost.

What is the point of this app? It works about 2% of the time. Complete nightmare.

Disappointed to find out that my neighbors with Android devices can open up the app and unlock the door without any prompting. This is not the case with the apple app. I have to be called by someone for this app to have any use.

This is a okay app.,but does not navigate well. Can’t see people on camera. Other than that nice to have.

App always force closes every time i open it. It works maybe once a week. Very inconvenient. Would be a great gadget if it worked.

Terrible app. It crashes constantly.

My apartment uses this app and it randomly stopped working one day. Every time I try to open it, if force closes. Can’t let anyone into the gate. I’ve tried to re download the app at least 6 times, even on multiple devices and I still have the same problem. A huge inconvenience.

Not sure what going on with this app but I have uninstalled it on my phone several times and it doesn’t work.

The app doesn’t work. The apartment complex uses this app to allow guests to come in or to have food delivered. Installed, created account, logged in, clicked the read user agreement, and bam, the app crashes. Could not get it to work no matter how many time I uninstalled and reinstalled later. It’s not my phone as the leasing office suggested, it’s the app!!

No longer able to open the app it shuts down immediately after I select to open the app. Frustrating considering this is the only way I can remotely provide access to visitors.
