Driver is late for 30min and is extremely rude. When I wanted to call in the service centre to check the status, the phone number shown in the app doesn’t even work. When I ask why is the shuttle bus so late, the driver simply scolded me and brush me off saying that I should be thankful that he is fetching me. WTH IS THIS ?

Drivers always late. Drivers cancelling on you. But you’re still charged. Cannot get refund. Poor service and poor customer help service. At all cost do not use this app.

Cant even book an on demand service. No vehicle found but i see it very often picking up others.
