Requires ComicHub POS, new users register at https://retailer.comichub.com/. Slash hours off your stock-take and track your convention sales with greater accuracy. Stock-take by category, track locations, update to sale items on your website as you scan, with end of stock-take exception reporting. Track convention sales by staff member, automatically review convention shrinkage, automatically removes convention stock from your website and return them after the show. Convention function works without a cloud connection and new customers can be added for future marketing. Both tools automatically update your eCommerce website. The ComicHub retailer app is per store, with unlimited staff accounts per location.

Where is the customer version?

That has to be the problem, right? Because it won’t let customers log in. It says Retailer version- so why am I not seeing a customer version on the app store???

Not working

Credentials work fine on the web site but don’t work in the app. Something is wrong.

Wait till development is done

Maybe wait till the app is functional before pushing the app out to the store. Can’t login. App is useless

Faulty, does not work

All my login credentials are correct (I am able to log in on the website) but this app fails to recognize that the information I’m entering is correct. What’s more frustrating is that my comic store says they solely do preorders through this. Frustrating and a shame

Horrible support

Doesn’t allow you to log in. When you contact the developer, they don’t bother to respond. What a shame

App doesn’t work AT ALL

Perhaps consider designing an app that works at all *before* publishing it?

Can’t even sign in or sign up

Was told to download the app from my LCS entered the login info that was set up in store and the app doesn’t recognize it even though I’m able to sign in on the website. Seems the app isn’t finished yet.
