I’ve been using Emmy and the App fit several years and happy with it. Only point of improvement; would it be possible to get products and services in alphabetical order??? With many different products and services it’s a pain trying to scroll through them all to find the right one.
Hi, My app stop working since the new update from apple, can you guy please fix this major issue so we can use this app to run our business.
I currently changed my 3 eftpos machines to Emmy’s and I love the idea of it but the app really lets the eftpos down. Setup was horrible. The app and Emmy’s was hard to get to talk. each time we get new phone we need to get merchant services to link Emmy up. Setting up a invoice template for each type of job on each phone one by one took hours then to have the app crash 5 to 10 times a day each time you type clients contact info. Then I had to reinstall the app today after my stuff call me to say it stopped working and would not let you click card payment reinstalling the app fixed the issues but then had to write out the invoices again. On top of this you cant have negative options like itemised discounts. And it also won’t let you have more then one line of description for a item. Hopefully this app is fixed it’s good start but long long way from perfect.
DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS ONE....Current version...No running total anymore reads 0 everyday. Unable to get card payments today as the 'card' button on app did not work....loss of business...unacceptable 😡😡😡😡😡 Have to delete & download app & add all info back again!!!
It works but requires reconnecting often. Also the running totals wont update and constantly shows as $0 Settlement is fine and I can get my money though but annoying to not be able to see running totals on the fly.
I've had my Emmy device for a couple of months. The app worked fine initially. Now, it crashes every time I process a transaction, when I get to the approved screen. I have to then reboot both the app and the Emmy to see whether the transaction went through & to access the receipt. For what I pay per month to CBA, you would think they could get it to work properly.
This app needs major upgrades, keeps crashing after payments, crashing when trying to invoice. I went with Emmy as I could invoice and have full business functionality from one point! I've deleted and reinstalled twice, doesn't fix the problem!!! I've lost critical data/invoice information. Commbank get this fixed!!! One unhappy customer.
Crashes after approval of EVERY transaction which stops me printing or sending receipt. Really impacting business so please fix!!
Good for markets but crashes and have to enter password again and again....
