Do not waste your money. Because that’s exactly what this is — A WASTE. It works fine for a period and then just keeps you on a loop between the App and Facebook, all of the trouble shooting steps are a joke because they aren’t actually options on the apps.

This is pretty much the only app I’ve found that allows you to export and play around with your Insta comments, and that shows you the exact numbers and specifics.

I’ve been using this app for a year and almost every update includes something new. My favorite so far has been the new Repost feature.

This app was perfect at one point, every update has brought more and more problems and it is now non functional. I can’t even give the company any direct feedback because when you go to the support link, they make you sign into the app, which at this point is just stuck in an endless loop of me trying to log into my FB that is linked, then the app telling me I don’t have a linked IG. I’ve changed my IG from every account type and tried again, personal, business, and creator. I PAID FOR THIS. I want it to work again. I NEED it to work again. Why?!?!

I go to export comments and it says it’s done but doesn’t actually do anything.

this app is horrible. doesn’t even allow you to get into the app, makes you log in with facebook and just keep looping you back to the facebook log in. waste of a download

I downloaded because I'm going to be doing a giveaway this week and was super excited! But when i tried to link the accounts it kept me on a loop between the app and Facebook app. I again would try to log in and it tells me I need to log in with Facebook and when I click on the button it says that I am already linked and to continue, but it brings me back to the "login using facebook app". Did this multiple times without any success.

I am trying to select a winner for my giveaway and the app keeps saying I do not have the upgrade when in fact my account was charged for the upgrade. Please contact ASAP.
