Accounts won’t link

I’ve spoken with Customer Service and my local branch a number of times and my account still hasn’t been appropriately linked since opening a business account. I can’t see personal info. This is RIDICULOUS

App is user friendly

I like using the commerce app because it’s easy to use and saves me a trip to go to the bank.

everything is difficult

Commerce Bank is terrible. You cannot do a wire transfer into a business account. You cannot buy a CD in a business account so it makes it very confusing having to take the money out of your business account and then put it in your personal account just because Connor doesn’t allow it I need to find a new bank

Changed widget

I can no longer see each account balance on my widget it is all one balance now. Being a bank you’d think you’d know better than to do that. Make common sense common again.

Transferring funds to a heloc account

I’ve been transferring my payment from my checking account to the heloc account. Since going to the new payment system I still can’t make an additional payment even with the autopay off. I work for a technology company so I understand there will be fixes along the way. :-)
