Please work on the app….it’s been malfunctioning for too long and it’s not nice

Please your app is not opening, neither is the website working. I have not been able to start my application since last week. I am an iPhone user, please do something to rectify this issue ASAP

I just downloaded it and I can’t access it This isn’t fair

Can you please kindly take a look at the app and the website as well, most people use this as their main application tool. Thank you

This app had refused to open….please do something about this

This app has been malfunctioning for the past two weeks now and it’s really annoying. I even tried using the website but it’s also bad. Please try fixing this as soon as possible because the school I’m supposed to apply to has an approaching deadline.

Series of malfunction, it’s too annoying

I am trying to open and use the app along with trying to create an account for this app as I think I’m going to need this app for this year and every time I open the app and click the thing to make an account the screen just turns to white and won’t do anything else and after I exit the app and open it again a screen with the logo shows up and won’t let me do anything else

I’m unable to accurately rate this app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled even tried using the website it refuses to let me create an account to even start applying to colleges. It crashes and won’t let me even get to the login screen after I try to click create an account. I’ve heard such good thing about it and wanted to try it so this is why I rated it two stars but I can’t say this is my accurate rating because it won’t let me use it.
