The app just doesn’t work. It’s the simplest app and it still fails one job. I have a subscription but it doesn’t show up. Contacted CS and they say it would on the day it starts, but still nothing.

Since the last update, we haven't been able to log in anymore. We're receiving an error message: '502 Bad Gateway.' We have to call ParkBee when we leave the garage and when we enter. This problem has been occurring for four days now and it's not working well. We hope to be able to use the app again soon.

The app keeps logging me out on almost a daily basis. Quite frustrating. It’s been almost half a year that I use this app, not because I want to, but because I have to. No other option to enter the parking. No updates that fix the issue, even called the company, but they didn’t seem to care…

Can’t log in plse fix

It just doesn’t work

We use this for entering and exiting our company parking. On a regular basis I need to login again (with cars waiting behind me). It happens so often that I am starting to hate the app.

It happens at least 3/4 times a week that I need to log in when entering of exiting the parking area. It’s very hindering when you use it daily. My request is to introduce one of the following: 1. Log in with touch ID (very fast en timedelays); 2. Remove the log in system en use an app key when installing.

Using this app for everyday parking. Works like a charm. Easily open barriers and pedestrian doors

The app logs out and have to login next to the entrance. No option for saved login using biometrics. The pedestrian gate open returns error. The app needs a face lift.
