Sometimes I dread using the mobile version of an app, but this C1st app is reliable and lets me do almost everything the website does. Fairly intuitive interface and very handy.

Every time I try to get on to see my balance or pay bills always a server error.

I have always loved this bank. Everyone is so accommodating and fast to act when I’m locked out of my account or need assistance with anything.

I would like to set up a list of Payees somewhere so that I can just click, type in the amounts to be paid on the list for each payee and send it all out at once. I did this with my old credit union Veridian and it was such a time saver and so convenient. I liked it better than the auto pay feature (which was also same page option) but when paying utilities it helps to make those changes easily.

Nice to have but some days I login in and it say unable to process login close and login in just fine

I like the app because it has face recognition.

I love that the C1st app has all of the features that a big bank has. It’s easy to transfer money between accounts, cash in checks on mobile, and pay bills.
