Community First Mobile Banking

You would think even the smallest banks could afford an app that works in 2022, this app is like using windows xp on dial up. Nothing works correctly, constant errors. Sometimes I have to enter my password 4 times just to pay a bill etc ridiculous.

This by far the most frustrating app I have ever used. The app lags by approximately 5-10s after a selection is made. The finger print log in fails to work most of the time as well.

For a banking app I find it freezes out lots. Always gets stuck on a page saying member direct 5.0.... very get rating when paying bills on the early morning.

It signs me out a lot and I need to enter my password every time just to see my account balance. Sometimes I need to even add my member number. Plus the passwords have to be Morse code or something I swear. It needs to be 10 digits with a capital letter, my social insurance number and my grandmas left arm for goodness sake.

What good is having Touch ID if the site doesn’t save your previous request. I have saved it 5 time and yet it still makes me go in the long way

Needs to be updated and make it so you can see your credit card balance , big hassle

Everything offered by the big banks and better service.

Typical banking app, works well and I'm very happy with it!
