Cancelling account.
After the 3 day update of the system and not being able to check balances, which is okay because we were notified, I was still not able to access my account. I update to the new app, and it is STILL not letting me into my account, so I try to set up a new one, and it can’t verify any of my information? So I thought okay, I’ll just call and check my balance. They are closed. It’s now October 2nd and the system update started September 22 or 23. This is unacceptable and I’ll be cancelling my account tomorrow. We don’t live in an area where this is excusable, low income communities HAVE to be able to access balances, whether through the app, on the website, or through a bank teller on the phone.
