Can’t say enough about our trash service.
I can’t keep track of which week I’m supposed to put the recycling out to the curb so this app is very helpful! I check it every week and it is a great way for me to know if the pick up day has been pushed back due to a holiday.
Great site, easy to navigate, all information is there to use.
The information you need is easy to locate. I especially like the feature to search on how to handle specific recyclable items.
I at 1st was not interested in downloading another useless app. Cause many of the apps I downloaded I rarely use. So I was concerned this would be the same. I have to admit the app is highly helpful and I actually enjoy navigating through out the app. to know when up coming pick up, and delays are. So I am truly grateful for this app and it’s a whole lot convenient than calling all of the time. Thanks
Love the application of this app and having it as a tool to remind the whole family that when and reminds for recycling. Bottom line it’s progress and I’m greatful!
All the answers are here.
The link for the blue recycling bags does not work.
I’m disappointed that curbside pickup has stopped. I don’t want roll-out carts because they are an eyesore and smell in addition to drawing unwanted animals.
I’ve had the opportunity to personally know trash-hauling business owners. Our Columbia crews would rank well among others I’ve known. I know that collection trucks and their workers work long hours in often terrible weather. They pick up the worst of us - heavy, wet, over/filled bags. Stuff that doesn’t meet the rules for pickup. Stuff that smells badly. But what I notice most is that if I’m out when they toss our bags into the truck, I always get a friendly wave. They offer their best efforts toward our worst junk. My compliments to our crew!
