This app the the best free app for gym workouts it’s very easy to understand I loved it the moment I used it recommend this app to anyone who works out and wants to learn exercises

App worked great before the new update. If this was fixed I'd give it 5 Stars, as it is a pretty good and full of ideas which you can incorporate into your routine.

What have you done!? The up-date has messed up the App. Loved the App when I first downloaded it, now this version has loads of Errors, most of the pictures don't even show and the writing on some of the diagramed don't even show anymore.... One star!

Terrible range of drawings used to illustrate exercises, very basic categorisation of exercises, long-winded explanations, too many fonts, horrible user interface and the exercises aren't even alphabetised.
