I have been using the advanced version for many years. It still delivers for me and affords me a good night’s sleep.

I've tried a few on the App Store and this is by far the most relaxing. Really very good. I'll happily recommend it to anyone. It's the best meditation app there is! 🥰

I like this but suddenly it won’t work when phone is on silent, that means I get notifications or I have to change all my settings to do not disturb. Strange!

I have battled for a long time and tried all sorts of sleep medications but this is wonderful sleeping relaxing meditation. I have recommended it to my family and friends and they too are happy. I highly recommend this. Thank you

Relaxes me so much, lovely soft voice

I’ve listened to this so often and still haven’t managed to hear the end of it!

I have used this app now for approx three years and have come to rely on it! I panic if I can’t access it if my device is out of charge-albeit a relaxed sort of “panic”! I often use it to get off to sleep. I find it clears my head of all its junk. I nearly always use the default background soundtrack but have experimented with the other sounds which are all lovely. I tend to use Ross’s narration but “Aussie Girl” as I call her, is just as soothing! I can’t recommend this app enough- it has helped me through some terrible times!

This app has helped me emensly to switch off as I have been so stressed. Would recommend g tv his app for relaxation
