The app no longer lets me sign in (no issues with password or username or anything something literally just doesn’t compute). Have had this issue for months. Have tried deleting and redownloading etc. and when I go online on my computer it says I need the app to see the workouts so this literally has been useless and I can’t do anything with it which is sad because I like the programming and business

So sick of this app glitching. Great programming that 1/4 of the time I can’t even use and it takes days to resolve issues. Ridiculous app for daily workouts. But again great programming. Gonna need to move back to the legacy app for the 3rd time now

I really enjoy this app but I wish there was an explanation for some of this terminology for those who aren’t coming from a CrossFit background. For example, AMRAP 4 when there are reps listed for each exercise.

The app still has too many issues and there has been little improvement since the release. It acts like I have paid, doesn’t save my work out history, doesn’t consistently calculate my percentages. I have really benefited from the programming over the years but the new app has damaged the experience.

An incredible waist of time and money.

I’m a long time fan / subscriber to CompTrain but this app is like an AMRAP20 of devil presses. I want to use it but not worth the frustration. Specifically- the same issues everyone else is having sad to say.

I have been a CompTrain follower for over 8 years and sadly this new app has me contemplating quitting this training program all because the app doesnt allow me to see the prescribed daily workout nor does it have adequate customer service to assist the dedicated athletes on how to troubleshoot the plethora of issues within the app! Keep in mind my membership payments have been on time with their monthly renewal system. So today it a been almost two weeks where I cannot access the daily workouts! Big FAIL CompTrain. I am still annoyed the new app was rolled out without any support that allowed the PR weights stored in their older app to transfer over. Years of work just dumped! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Great content when it works. So many issues with getting locked out, the app not loading and needing to restore purchases. Will probably start looking at other options.

This app is a severe downgrade from the legacy app. I hope they get rid of this and go back to the old one. I’ve been a Comptrain fan for a long time, mostly because of the quality of the old app, but this is enough to make me want to change programs. As my star indicates, I do not recommend for anyone to try this app.

Like most folks are reporting, the app is not worth the hassle. Been with CT for years and appreciate the programming but app is forcing me out. I was double billed for 3 months, customer service was ineffective for refunds so I had to go through my bank. Attempted to resubscribe after cancelling on old card and now Im showing locked out of programming despite resubscribing. And agreed, the UI of the app is glitchy and not intuitive at all. Time to move on.
