The App was easy to use. Loved it! There seemed to be a glitch at the finish. It said that they had finished before they came into Scotsville. Some people left the stands thinking that they had missed then person come in, only to then find out they were still running in. The signal wasn’t good either at the finish and we couldn’t get into the App to find out how far out they were.

I down loaded the App two days before the race and did not have time to learn its functions before race day. I however found it very intuitive and full of features. I was part of the support team. When we wondered if the App could provide some details about where the participants were, or how they are performing, the details were there and easy to find. There was a lag with exact location at times, which we attributed to the network as even calls were not working optimally.
