Concord Connect

This app is useless. Dozens of people have made reports and absolutely nothing gets done. They just marked a bunch of reports as complete on 4th of July and did nothing about the fireworks. Government tax dollars at work.

Tried downloading app to Google Pixel Android phone. It downloads but stops at the blue screen and then stops at blue screen. Uninstall app, have turned off phone for 5 minutes, turns phone on, reinstall and the same thing happens.

I have used this app for many years. Easiest way to get issues to correct city department for their follow-up. You can attach or take a picture of the situation and the app will also allow the city to see the actual location of the problem. When Apple updated to iOS 14 the app failed to work, but after notifying the city they contacted the vendor and the app had been updated to work with iOS 14 now.

Keeps crashing and I can’t even open the app anymore. Reset phone. Deleted app. Logged out. Everything. Can’t view or do anything.

Does not seem to work with IOS 14 Every time I try to log in, it flashes and disappears (closes). Worked once upon a time, put now useless!!!!! I have reported the issue via email many times - but no action! Help!!!!!!!!

The app doesn’t work since iPhones updated to iOS 14. Opens and closes immediately.

Worked pretty good before iOS 14, however now the app opens and immediately closes.

City is very responsive to issues reported via this app. I’ve reported a variety of issues with Concord Connect and all of them have been addressed. Excellent community focused app.

Every Concord resident should have this app installed on their phone, it’s a great way to report issues and keep our city looking great. I have submitted several issues over the past couple months and city staff have been very pro active in addressing them.
