Please help

I don’t recommend this camera system at all, we had 2 in less than 2 years.lots of issues and not working most of the time. I have thought this will be an investment to install in a new how but turn on to be a totally terrible. Don’t deal with rude people, don’t deal with them.

The cameras are not recording a lot of the time and I’m not sure why

Please fix the screen rotation Lock issue, it defaults to no rotation very often no matter how many times I change it to allow rotation……. Very frustrating.

Really bad app and internet system. I’ve never been able to have it connected. Only good for having cameras on the outside of your house with a red light on it , otherwise completely useless.

Very glitchy and bad quality

Working great when I’m at home now since I tweaked my network settings. However when I’m not at home then it gets sketchy. Sometimes the cameras will show up online straight away but a lot of the time the cameras will be ‘offline’ or take ages to show up. So it sort of defeats the purpose of surveillance when not at home. Just very unreliable.

Crashes, notification only work now and again, overall never worked properly

Having heaps of issues logging on with smart phones very hit and miss ,lucky to connect say one in 10 times then freezes and goes offline within 30 seconds.. camera quality great and direct connection onsite perfect but major dramas once away from the screen no access ..😬

Hard to use, does not connect to device, Concord do not respond to online requests for assistance.
