I just updated the app and now, my account section doesn’t work anymore

it would be really nice if the app that you* make me use to do silly little things actually worked!!! * (the school, not the developers, y'all are saints and i assume severely underpaid since this app rarely works) i can't use a software that I downloaded specific for my program, because i can't get into the app. so that project is at a standstill and has been for days. thanks concordia!

I just wish the app has much more third party feature such as adding all of our schedules easily to Google Calendar or Export it instead of us having the need to do everything manually.

App doesn't work anymore either the page is blank or the app says no internet connection. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times to no success. App hasn't been updated in over a year. BIG L

I cannot open a single window inside the app. I can’t even load my schedule. I’m on the latest version of the app. Please fix this, it desperately needs to be patched.

I used to be able to check my schedule and my grades, but now when I try to do so, a padlock icon appears (as if the file is locked?) and the only option is to tap on “view purchase options”. And even when you choose that option, the app bugs and nothing happens.

In theory, the app should be extremely convenient and helpful, but it turns out it’s very buggy and isn’t fully functional, especially when I try to look at my course schedule. It loads forever and yet it never ends up showing me my schedule. Please fix this.

The app used to work flawlessly but now it crashes on opening- doesn't seem to be a fix in sight.

The app is doing great, very useful and time saving. One thing i really wish is implemented is notifications when new grades are posted. Each term after finals, i have to keep refreshing the grades page hundreds of times a day to check if i have a new grade, and a lot of my colleagues are going through the same issue.
