Suddenly app won’t unlock. Says “Welcome Mark” and present Unlock and Sign Out buttons. Unlock does nothing.

The app is not allowing me to login, I utilize this for work as I travel. I submitted a request about the issue and have not heard back.

Ever since the latest updates from the company to the website and the app I’ve reset my password 5 times and I still cannot log in. The app now tells me is cannot validate my session on my device. I don’t understand what the new updates have done.

Hate the popups asking for feedback. Offensive.

I was asked to down load for work all I get is an error locked out message when trying to register and no way to contact for help since registration is locked

Conferma used to have a way to resend an authorization by allowing a user to resend to different addresses. I was checking out at a hotel when the hotel charged my personal credit card. When it was noted that the authorization was sent to an employee who was on vacation and the hotel staff could not authorize the charge. We used to be able to resend the authorization through the app very readily. Not anymore. I had to call my travel provider who had to contact Conferma to resend the authorization over the phone to a different email address. What a paint in the butt. Bring back the option to resend the authorization to an email address of my choosing when needed!!!!

Too bad this app still has an issue with the registration link that doesn’t set up the newly created password. I’ve read the reviews and it’s been years since this issue was 1st reported. Smh.

Started acting a bit weird, now the app just won’t open whatsoever, just immediately crashes as soon as the icon is clicked. Restarted my phone and all, updated, just not working.

Several people at our company cannot get the initial email to set up registration and there is no phone number to reach anyone at Conferma Pay. When we login online and then try to use the app it does not allow you to use those very password you just set up online. And there’s no way to get a hold of anyone to help.

If you ever get to a point of working app, a update will always bring on the next problem for you. I do believe this app is updated each time by a high school student.
