The Confidence app hosts all of Emma’s educational guidance, workout methods, smart recipes and much more. Confidence is designed to help you feel more confident with fitness & nutrition or enhance your own training and nutrition.

Start with a endless selection of daily workouts or pick from one of our many Programs & Challenges to help you progress in your fitness journey. The Confidence programs will guide you through a structured workout routine everyday to develop a strong physique.

Disappointing
This app has good workouts but you can’t see what’s in store for the workout if you’re in a challenge and cannot go back if you skip ahead in a challenge. It also bugs out sometimes when you are going from set to set. There are way better fitness apps than this one so if you can I’d check out ALIVE by Whitney Simmons instead. Better warm ups too.
Workout journey to reach lifetime goals
This was my first workout app I’ve used and loved the constant motivation to stick with my fitness goals. Having a set workout planned made it easy for me to show up and work hard. I loved having breaks in between sets it was awesome and gave me a chance to breathe. I would highly recommend for whole workouts or even if you just want a 7 minute workout, those also are available. I love the nutrition videos and food recipes. Emma has made something super positive and also individual for anyone to pick up and start their fitness journey. What are you waiting for!!!
Amazing app for men too!
This app is awesome even as a guy. I regularly use it for doing routines of home workouts! Emma is an amazing coach with tons of knowledge
