Need to reregister home charger despite being signed into the account, shell made $93 bn profit this year and can’t even be bothered to test their app?

I connected to my charge point with the app when I had the charge point installed and it worked ok for a few days. I came to lock the charger when I went on holiday so no one could steal electricity and it wouldn’t connect. Hasn’t connected since!

App asked to be upgraded this morning so set it running, now up to 2.1.0. Tried to charge at home and won’t connect to either car, I’m stuffed if can’t change from home at 14p KW, I’m not paying street prices. Sort it out or I’ll sue you for my additional costs!!!! No wonder it’s only one star and I’m a shell user for utilities and a shareholder, get it sorted now.

This app is useless. Initially had 4 cards pre added. No chance to check card numbers. Tried to add another card. Seemed to be added, however couldn't start charging. Tried to remove all cards, but they always came back. It can only connect via Bluetooth

They don’t seem interested in supporting it. Connection problems are well known and simply ignored. All but unusable with a Volvo XC60…

This app is vertically useless because to control or view the charging state requires a connection direct to the unit by Bluetooth. Having to stand that close to the unit you might as well do it manually.

Alas there is no option to give no stars. Refuses to connect. I just want to change to charge my car from my private charger without having to swipe a card. Gave up as life is too short for this app 🙄
