Bad App Management

The App never shows bookings ..There is no booking confirmation notification or WhatsApp confirmation . Only mail comes .You cannot chat with your guests , you cannot message them .Theh cannot wrote to you .I am not sure if they get our number to get in touch with us . Guests land up at the property without intimation within few hours of booking . It is difficult God is to work without getting notification of the booking .

Worst service & waste of time

I tired listing my 3 property on their website and after spending hours trying to list it there was an error with Aadhaar card authentication so I submitted my driving license. And now I’m receiving updates that the listing cannot go live without Aadhaar authentication and that I need to redo the entire process. What a waste of time. Previously the authentication process was completed for my pervious listing but then there were hardly any queries and no booking confirmation. They don’t even give any notification when there is a query. Its really irritating. Worst service.

Issue in app

Ingommt Message is not opening, could not respond to Gues query kindly resolve the issue asap.

I have registered my property with all OTA… go-Mmt has worst registration system….

A terrible experience dealing with ingommt

The App is a complete useless. I have been trying to publish my property and partner with the goibibo and make my trip but there has been no response from the mail ids mentioned. I later figured, the mail ids are incorrect mentioned on this app. Not only did it waste my time but it was a useless effort to partner with them. There is no customer care number where i can even contact them for help or to solve my small query of unable to publish the property.

No customer care

As a host i want to talk to customer care service regarding payments and bookings breakup but there is no option to talk to them

This app very useful for tracking of booking & update

Very limited options & poor performance

Need to improve a lot .not expected this kind of app from big company like mmt .plz update with more options & fix the bugs. Gross amount to be shown to raise the invoice.so plz add it in next version
