Unlike generic fitness programs, Connect Pelvic Floor Fitness is crafted specifically for women facing pelvic floor dysfunction, ensuring every workout is safe, effective, and fully-coached for comprehensive instruction and results.
Each member start by learning foundational concepts such as diaphragm breathing and pressure control that are integral to performance of more advanced maneuvers. Once completed, they progress to higher level activities like running and weight training. Whether starting from scratch or already working out, these programs are perfect for anyone with pelvic floor dysfunction.
