This app just feels like a scam, to get your personal details by locking access.

Hi, I have many smart globes and camera and really enjoy the flexibility. I have to wonder, this smartphone app looks near identical to the Mirabella Genio app. Is it based on that app or could either be used? I ask because the Genio app has an Apple Watch companion app and I really want that. I’m heavily considering switching apps but don’t want to pair all my devices again. Is there any chance of a Watch companion app for Connect SmartHome? Thank you.

Absolutely rubbish, followed instructions over and over for an hour. Nothing, plain old way to bright bulb that cost me 5 times as much as it should have. Purchased at AustPost disappointed they carry such dodgy merchandise. I guess nowhere is safe. Scammers scam.

I bought some lightbulbs for my home, thinking it would be great if I could automate lighting, the setup was relatively straightforward. However, when I went to set up automation and smart control settings, which for some reason is called a scenario, I found very limited controls/options regarding the RGB functions, and the FAQ was absolutely useless fobbing off the reasoning for this lack of control as not their problem. To any developer reading this, I would like to see some more precise control of lighting not just a colour wheel and some sliders, maybe some text boxes containing numeric values that are adjustable, also some controls in the scenarios setup.

It would be great to have this for Apple Watch (like Tuya does). 😊

I recommend no one buy this product or service. It’s a piece of junk. It goes off-line and trying to put it back up. Online. Is impossible. You have to delete the device and restarted all the time. I’ve just had enough. It’s junk.

This app is not perfect, but it does a good job of getting my garage door open and closed without me needing to get out of the car. There are some gremlins occasionally, but to be fair they could be caused by Google or my iOS.

I bought this product as they advertised geofencing capabilities but this no longer seems to be the case. Will this option be in future updates? Also not sure why but the app shows my garage door to be open when it’s closed.

Originally yes you had Geofencing in the app. I had two automations using it and I delete them as I wanted to recreate but now you don’t see the choice about location anymore. I ensure that I have iOS set for that app to be using location always I’ve even delete and reinstalled and set stuff back up but the choice is no longer there. The only thing seeming to use location now is the weather tile you have on the Home Screen.

Loving the lights but missing these functions: 1. Scheduled Random on/off to make it appear someone's home (check Tapo app for reference) 2. Allow to control group of lights, especially if they're in the same room
