While it correctly operates the majority of the time, there’s a large minority in which it does not. This includes displaying incorrect route data, or simply not loading. The server runs on potatoes and is patchy at best.

The app never works correctly. Don’t be surprised when it shows a bus off the map or no bus at all. Also have fun in the afternoon when the app won’t load.

It's unfortunate how many riders use this app to find out when the bus will be arriving. Use the bus schedule for that, not the app.

This app used to be really helpful before they redesigned it a few months ago. Sure, it needed some improvements with the user interface and navigation, but whatever they did to it did NOT fix that. You can no longer select specific stops on the map to see what bus routes come to them, which was one of the features I used the most. Now you have to figure out the stops based on names alone. Also the predictions are completely useless now. They used to be quite accurate, only messing up by a couple minutes at most. But now the predictions are so bad you might as well just take your best guess at when the bus will come. Many people rely on the bus system to get around, so this is a really critical flaw. PLEASE change the app back to what it was before the redesign. It had its flaws but it was SO much better than what it is now.

Waste of development, data, time, and money. Please remove this app from the app store. Times and I’m going to assume routes too are completely wrong. I swear this thing is just generating random times.

This used to be a helpful app and would tell you when the buses were almost at your stop but now after it updated it doesn’t show you the correct times and you cannot see where the bus is at.

The app is pretty easy to navigate as far as finding the route you want to take however the buses themself are almost always late. My advice is to use this app as a rough outline for routes and to always take the bus one earlier then you think you need. (The red bird express never come 20mins apart like it says🥲)

I’m doing an internship this fall at ISU. I don’t have a car, and I was so excited to see that there was an app to help me track the buses since I live a few miles away from my work. I saw the bad reviews but decided to give it a go. In the mornings, the buses are pretty accurate and give me no problem gettin to work...but when it comes to getting home after a long day, the buses are so inconsistent and the app is no help. Out of four days so far, I’ve had to walk home because of one of two things. Either the app said there was a bus that never even showed up, or that there were no buses running all of the sudden. Out of most of my days WALKING back home, and when the app says no buses are working, I see two of the SAME ROUTE BUS pass by me. I’ve never been so annoyed with an app or public transportation before. I’ve gotten a new pair of walking shoes just for this. Either the app needs to be fixed, or the bus system needs to have a better structure to arrival times. Probably both...

This app is absolutely ridiculous on estimations majority of the time. Often times it will say “No vehicle detected” and then give false times for when the bus is supposed to arrive. Or it will show a bus on the map, but then when you click on it it will say “updated 4 days ago” so you never know if it is the actual bus on the route. Very rarely is this app accurate.

This app is the most useless app ever. It does NOT function 95% of the time. It’s never accurate and barely loads. The app looks like someone created it in the early 2000s and hasn’t updated it since. Every time I have ever opened the app a tear falls down my face.
