Never had trouble with this app
My husband and I are connected to the camera on our phones but Why doesn’t my iPad want to connect to my camera? It keeps saying “all input parameters of the remote API are lost” . Please help .

This is a VERY poor, very touchy system that works rarely. There is absolutely no customer support either. I would highly recommend not getting this brand and going with another.
I just bought the camera today and it won’t connect to my phone trying to connect to the camera won’t even work saying that’s I have an error message even tho we have a strong WiFi
I’m very grateful for having a baby monitor that I can check on my mobile devices but I don’t like that when I have the audio on the lowest setting it’s still very loud and there is so much feedback that it sounds like running water. I have no complaints about the camera quality. I do wish that the app ran smoother because sometimes it will say the camera network isn’t working but I’ll receive movement alerts with camera photos attached to the alert so it’s not my network that’s the problem. And I have the movement sensitivity on the lowest setting yet I still get 100 (not exaggerating) notifications
First time trying this app to find out it’s very reliable an accurate if you set it up to all your preferences !
While the app has been easy to use, we have stopped using it. We have the “Safety 1st 360degree smart baby monitor.” I have noticed multiple times that the camera has turned to a different direction while on Standby. It is very unsettling to me! I have it facing a wall, As our baby is still little and we do not use it often, however, the camera will turn and face the center of the room, eventhough the camera is on Standby, and it does not matter where I place the camera, it still turns.
App was great in the beginning however even with a strong WiFi signal the sound periodically does not work and the monitor feed stops
Really frustrating - probably once a week or more this device can’t connect to our network and has to be manually reset. That’s fine except this process often wakes up the baby which sort of defeats the whole point of having it. We have 1gig Google fiber wifi, with an unobstructed path to the router less than 10ft from the monitor, problems still occur. This isn’t so annoying I’ve been moved to buy a new monitor, but I think if I had to this again I’d try and different product.
This device is perfect except for one thing… Developers! The parent device does not automatically switch to night mode on its own. My or my partner’s phone has to have the baby cam switched on in the app in order to activate night mode on the baby cam. Fix please? It drains my battery having the camera on and app open in the background.
The camera has “connectivity issues” constantly and disconnects without sending any kind of alert, so if you depend on it to alert you if your baby needs you, I don't recommend. At least once a day I need to go in and unplug and plug it back in to reconnect, which doesn’t make sense to me because it’s a wifi monitor.
