While I’m hugely supportive of the concept of Connected Hubs - this app is enough to put me off. I’ve opened it multiple times to try to book a desk for a day - every time I’ve left in frustration. It really is the worst user experience I can remember in recent years.

Was looking forward to using this. Set up 2 factor authentication for y’know good practice and was immediately logged out… logged in with username and pword and sent to 2 factor authentication screen but no text received with authentication code! 🤦🏻♂️
