App won’t connect, press Get Started it thinks for a while then says Cannot Detect Tag Heuer Watch, then press Done Get Started and it says contact support. Horrible App for a watch brand like Tag Heuer

Having the sale issue as what seems like most people have. Won’t sync watch faces and looses connection only to ask you to try again. Makes you feel like you’ve half wasted the 3k it cost for the watch. Tag really need to sort this out before it ruins their smart watch rep

Keeps trying to sync the watch faces and then loses connection and asks if I want to try again. Such a disappointing app. You’d expect a lot more from a company like Tag but this watch has had issues with connections since day one and they’ve not fixed it and just moved onto a new app for the new watches. What a joke! Even one star is too generous for this app

Never works - a really poor app wish I never bought this watch

Keeps getting disconnected from watch even though Bluetooth and Wifi are connected.

This app is poor. I think it’s only managed to connect to my watch twice! Continually says “connection Error- Try again”

Hi got Modular 45 and trying to connect to app but not successful. Can u guide me. I think I have done a big mistake to invest in this watch. Will be thinking twice to recommend this watch.
