This app always has problems, the most frustrating one is the errors with mobile checks

Love the new features that the app provides

It always says the check is rejected due to check deposit policy, but it doesn't offer any more information. If I play with the check and angles eventually I can usually get it to go through, but it typically takes half a dozen tries. This is so frustrating, especially since I know the check gets reviewed by a person anyway. Please fix this.

This app doesn’t work all the time . I have been using this app for years all of a sudden it now stops working when it gets ready. I have to delete it then reinstall and it will work until it decides it won’t again.

The app is really basic not alot of features like some other banking apps. You can’t transfer money from Connex to and from sister banking locations without going into the actual credit union.

I’ve been banking here since I was 16. I’m 71 and have never had a different bank. I like everything about Connex. I’ve also taken many loans from them.

Love this bank Only bad thing is savings transaction (deposit) no way to do it unless lobby open or atm has live person

Best in banking .. period . Very personal , that’s the key ..
