Battery status does not work on the right ear
Dark mode would be nice for when I want to change the volume in a theater.
Awful, keeps giving me a messages that I can’t use other blue tooth devices with this app. What? So if I have hearing aids I can’t have any other blue tooth device hooked to my phone??? If it did work before I deleted it it is very basic app for hearing aid adjustment Very low app development.
I have had the app for almost five years and have generally been pleased with it. The first version had a rough way to check remaining battery life, either three, two or one beep depending on how close to the end. The new version does not and I rated it “4” as a result to lower it from a “5” it would otherwise deserve.
This app is a big improvement over the remote. I was pleasantly surprised.
With all that can be done nowadays, this is a disappointment. Almost nothing can be done with this app. The settings that are changeable don’t really make any difference so why change them? Then why use the app? For that reason, I never use it.
I’ve had connexx rexton hearing aids for nearly 3 years. Never again.
After getting a new phone,I had to download the app again. Unfortunately, it no longer has the screen that allows you to test the battery strength. What happened?
I t tried several different hearing aids before settling for the Rexton. Two years later I am sorry I purchased them. They have limited adjustment features (ie background noise suppression, cellphone connectivity, directional adjustment). Also, the sound quality varies. Some days it’s fine, other days it’s like I’m hearing in a cave. Sometimes the sound variance occurs the same day. Bad choice on my part. I’m in the process of evaluating a replacement pair. I won’t make the same mistake twice.
Why do I have to readjust the hearing aids every morning? Why isn’t there a way to save the setting I use most? Having to continually change the settings seems counterproductive. No wonder olde people who have less ability to find the tiny buttons give up on their hearing aids. If I only go to a place with a t coil once a week, I might only need to change it once a week. Not every single morning.
