I have problems sending out a email
From what I can see, you have to create an email from scratch in this App. I can't see where I can copy previous emails, edit draft copies of previous emails created through the website. I like to do that to save time and effort; so if I can't, the App is useless to me.
I want a refund they told me it was 30 dollars then billed me for 45 dollars they didn’t do what they say there going to do
The only option in the app is campaigns. You can’t manage your events in the app. So, unless you only do campaigns, this is not as useful as it could be.
Since the first day I started to use it it was working so bad , I’ve been calling to the support team they tried to do their best but couldn’t bring me a solution. I think if we’re working with marketing and all the stuff this is not good at all to show us as example. In my opinion we gotta take care about those details which are very important .

I love Constant Contact for sending out emails and our newsletters. However, I have used the application to track our campaigns just six and as of six months ago, it became almost impossible to track statistics through the application on my phone. I have updated the application and I have, deleted it and reinstalled it but no avail. I can’t look at the contacts who have opened up each story and I can’t see in real time who has opened up the newsletter. I have to use the desktop and that is very problematic. I like to look at the statistics throughout today on my phone. Constant contact needs to look into these technical issues and fix them right away! This is bad for business and bad for Constant Contact as well!
Everything works as it should, except when I am about to send an email & I cannot select the recipient. This practically makes the app unusable. Whenever I go to select recipient, the tab comes up but quickly goes away, leaving me where I started.
