The app doesn’t even open, when it opens you can’t open the chat because the app closes automatically 0/10

I had a standard prescription to renew. Whole process was complete within the hour with very friendly folks! Now I am able to enjoy the sunshine with my kiddos. Big thanks!!

I did not receive any care or the scheduled call to speak to someone for help. You shouldn’t ignore suicidal people like that. It only served to push me closer to my final decision.

Usually pretty good but often have to restart the app to get connected via video. Minor annoyance but hopefully can be improved

So much better than going to the walk in clinic!! Has helped me secure prescriptions and several different referrals to medical experts. Highly recommend

This is just an amazing and convenient service

I got a new phone so I lost all my apps. I downloaded the app on my new phone and every time I try to log in, it just redirects me to the App Store to download the consult app that I already have on my phone. Sucks that I can’t log in and see a doctor rn.

The app is full of bugs. You’re waiting hours for the appointment and then have to reschedule and wait more hours because their app doesn’t work properly. Ridiculous!
