I read the reviews and decided to buy it. I merged my contacts and lost all of the information that I saved under “notes” in the contacts profile. This was important information that had been lost. I tried restoring the backup and all it did was duplicate the contact list. I contacted them for assistance and they didn’t reply. If you decide to buy this, make sure that it’s all backed up and you don’t have important information that you can’t afford to lose.
