I have problem I want to discuss with someone

Easy way to manage your account but some information is hard to find because it’s not in calculations. Other power companies have better apps but I can live with this problem. Contact has been a good company for me.

Why am I getting an estimated reading ? I was better off with mercury

Dreadful can’t change password to get in again and takes too long to get through to call centre when at work so hopeless

often flash back and cannot load to the next step

not sure if anyone has issue when pay through account2account, once received and checked msg of security code, then the payment page of the App will always back to the beginning.

Energy usage not updating and it’s showing last updated use of energy is 9th April and today is 9th may almost one month needs to be rectification.
