Best app ever used for follow-up sales for use on the road.
Very easy to write and refer notes contact wise.
I’m using C-jounal about 4 years now and with every update they seem to improve. Not only do they invest in constant improvements they also actually listen to their customers and value the input. I asked about team work and sharing about a year ago and i got a swift answer that they received this demand a fez times and where looking into it. Not in the last release.... tadaaa a team feature! I had a crash issue while syncing to Dropbox, an email and within 5 (five) minutes an answer that actually helped. (Simply had to update the latest version) I can not only recommend this app, I’m trying to convince my boss into buying iPads for the entire sales team just for this app.
Great. Practical, useful and for free. Just what I need to keep track of my customer visits and to do lists
I’ve been using this app since it was first released. There can be a major issue when a file is being renamed. Even with the size of my iPhone 15 Pro Max keyboard— if I don’t hit the letters perfectly centered, or if my finger comes in contact with “rename” while still typing— the screen will immediately close without renaming the file. It would simply be an inconvenience to have to start over, however on too many occasions the file has actually become “null.” I’ve recently lost several important business documents as a result. It’s a good idea to have a backup copy of all documents saved as a “file” in Contacts Journal.
Are use this app to be able to run a business so that my sister and I can share information and have everything current and up-to-date in a moments notice. The option to assign tags is awesome and definitely helps in our line of business. I like the feature that it adds a phone log and then we can put notes in and also take pictures when we go to customer visits. The other benefit is being able to export and import easily. Definitely a great solution if you’re looking for one. Wish list: read only option Alphabetize tags option
Very rarely do I take the time to recommend an app but this is has far exceeded my expectations. I am a traveling bank rep with a three state region. This app helps me remember and track all my activity. I love the map feature that allows me to see clients that I am close to. I have been using it for years now and they continue to improve upon it. Your clients will feel as if they are your only client by allowing you to notate everything about them. A MUST HAVE!
I’m an outside sales rep and this is the best app for me to stay on top of my client’s activity. I enter my activity as it happens. Makes it so much less tedious of a chore. And to find information........piece of cake. Thank you. I
The application does mostly what it’s supposed to do, but there are some functions that can do more or are better designed. For instance, when you look at your linked calendar entries, the calendar doesn’t include what type of event it is or show the notes from CJournal. There are a few items like that. Over all, the app functions well.
The CRM app is a life saver. I use it personally to log daily life. It is organized and saves me from a lot of anxiety. Looking forward to its integration with calendar. If there is a calendar view of logs, and/or if the user could view the logs directly from the calendar CJournal inside Calendar App, that would be perfect! For now, it can add ToDos to system default calendar, and gives the user an option to delete it from the calendar after the ToDo is done. Another improvement could be clicking the address in the log, and trigger maps navigation. Third, when the user share an address from Google Map, automatically saves it in Customized address, and/or create an event log from this address. Thanks so much for the product, it worth every dollar I spent.
