App shows a lot of promise but there’s quite a lot missing: Fasts can’t be adjusted or deleted after they’ve been entered - fasting in general is quite unpolished! No Apple Health support - would be good to be able to sync up weight and other metrics. Daylio integration would be nice to combine stats somehow.
Good app but a little ungenerous with the premium features. The customisable-ness is great because it won’t push for a weight-loss approach like a lot of meal apps. I’d also love it if you could export the data to Daylio to reflect on how if affects your mood - that way you wouldn’t have to repeat writing it in Daylio. Excited to see what else you make :))

Uma coisinha de nada que podia ter no diário: horário em que acordei, horário em que fui dormir. Pra quem tá tentando criar hábito, isso é tão fundamental… pleaase!!!
I really like Daylio and I thought I would like this one too, but I really didn’t manage to create a goal to fit my needs. I think it’s possible cause it seems the app is quite flexible but I couldn’t do it and I blame it on the UX. I’m a mobile dev, so I didn’t think I’d have trouble using an app 😂. It seems the main goal of the app is to track food, water and exercise, but I wanted to create a custom goal to track my bedtime and I didn’t manage to do it. It’s even hard to understand how to make the goals that the app offers visible in the journal tab. My suggestion: add small messages in a tutorial-like manner pointing out how to use basic features. In my opinion creating a custom goal should be considered a basic one and should be simpler and more intuitive.
Ele tem muita coisa para quem não quer pagar, e ainda é bom e eficiente! Tem registro de água, registro de suas refeições, sintomas, acompanhamento de ciclo ( mais ou menos isso) e entre muitas outras coisas, além de nos ajudar a estabelecer e cumprir uma meta, sem contar a parte dos exercícios! Simplesmente amo!!
