Rubbish keeps freezing

This is the selected app for my company to access documents on my work iPad. It is a frustration to use, and if it was my choice would be deleted immediately. It is not fit for purpose, and is surprising that something so abysmal is still considered by a major company to be suitable for use by its employees. The two main issues are: Randomly deleting all the documents from the locker, then taking several hours to reload. Randomly requiring the iPad to be online in order to access the documents offline. A login screen is presented which requires online access to pass, despite the fact that as a mobile worker, I may not be online, thus the requirement to allow offline access. I and most of my colleagues usually download any required documents to Adobe, rather than using this hopeless and useless app. One star selected as there is no zero star option. UPDATE: The developer replied asking me to contact the IT help desk to resolve the issues. Unfortunately this was over 4 years after I gave the initial review. To me this implies that they do not regularly read their reviews.

SO unreliable (which is surely the worst indictment of any technology); frequently crashes; HUGELY frustrating.

This app was chosen by my company to allow access to reference documents. It is dreadful. It is slow and clunky to use; refreshing its interface every time you leave and return to it. The layout is not intuitive. Worst of all, it suffers regular total crashes, after which all content has to be re-downloaded. If you are a professional organisation, looking for a safe and reliable document storage system, look elsewhere.

Content locker has been the bane of my life for the past two years but the improvements have been very clear to see over the past 6 months or so. Has a bad rep that needs fixing. This is not office but it does a good job of it.

Utter garbage

Currently hinders business productivity and creates security risks. It does poor job at correctly displaying Microsoft PowerPoint visualisations. 99% time also crashes non gracefully insufficient memory on iPhone 6plus. Rather than protecting company intellectual property, I know several users (inc senior execs) who bypass content locker and send slides to private email address so they can open using official Microsoft PowerPoint iPhone app. Not that I would breach company policy. Please fix or better still allow content to be opened in PowerPoint iPhone app. Thanks

I cannot begin to describe how awful this app is. Do not buy under any circumstances. I wish I could give less than one star

Don't usually write reviews but if you are a mobile worker and you get a choice avoid this! It is so difficult to receive a document, edit it and then share back with someone. Is always uploading and downloading for no reason, then loses stuff, crashes and almost NEVER allows me to send my edits back to person that sent me a document. So frustrating ! I am hassling IT to find something else. Life is too short.
