Contraceptive Ring Reminder +

Paid for the upgrade. Followed all the rules. Set up the reminders in the app. Made sure I’m set receive reminders within my iPhone. And nothing. I’ve yet to receive any communication from the app unless I go into the app itself, which is not the point. Why aren’t the reminders working?

The whole point of the app is to notify the user when to remove their nuvaring, but beware that you will only get notified if you pay for premium.

I’ve had this app since around 2018 and I used to be amazing, earlier this year it had an update or something and it just does not work anymore it won’t update when I need to put in the ring or anything. I’ve tried waiting it out but it’s been months it has not worked at all for me. Used to be a great app now its frustrating and doesn’t do what its supposed to at all.

This app has wiped my data out twice now, with this current time I cannot remember when I last put my ring in. Useless.

This app stopped working a few months ago. First issue was that the free version with ads didn’t work. You watch the ad but nothing happens and it tells you to please watch an ad or pay. Then once I was forced to pay for the app I never get notifications although notifications are turned on!

I’ve used this app for years but I’m finally going to delete it. It went from having no ads to now having ads just to mark your ring as removed or inserted. It went from reminders to NO REMINDERS unless you PAY.. which i find a bit ridiculous since the point of the app is to remind you?? Anyways, time to find a new app. You would be better off just making a reminder through your phone app or calendar now.

I’ve used this app for years , it was so nice to be able to track my period; days with ring and without or having the option to skip my period But ever since the last update the option to skip it just gone ??? I pay monthly and the tracking is still working just fine but I hate that I can’t click skip anymore I have to just reset everytime I decide to skip my period ! It’s frustrating and idk what happened obviously many people are complaining about glitches and issues and yet it’s still not fixed ??what’s going on ? I think I’ll finally cancel my subscription and find something else . Makes me sad it was so reliable for so long and then just one day changed for the worse .

I mean paying for notification reminders seems ridiculous to me. I mean that is the whole point of downloading an app to remind you when to change the ring. I can set myself calendar invites to insert and remove the ring without paying or watching ads. Just know you won’t get notifications to remove or insert your ring unless you pay for premium.

I paid for the premium for the first year and loved the app but didn’t pay for it a second year and it’s unusable. I keep trying to use the “I’ve removed my ring” option and it asks if I want to go premium or just watch an ad. I’ve watched several ads over several days and still I am unable to select that I’ve removed my ring. If this is how it’s going to be just make the app cost money upon download ! I’m beyond annoyed.

I was able to install it on my Apple Watch but it won’t sync to the correct day. It is stuck on September 22nd 2023. It would help so much if this was fixed especially since I paid for a year of the subscription.
