For start please add Siri and automation the IPhone Shortcuts. second please let the change the icons order. Last thing if possible to add timer to schedule to things

This is closed world you can’t do nothing with this app! Yet is weak,slow, limited and for every “driver’ you being requested to pay and to have integration guy to handle ! For me this solution is bad

Great and amazing improvements from the OS2 Gives nice flexibility to the customers to adjust the gui. Needs the option to schedule lighting and actions from the app itself and this will be perfect.

Old interface with minimal flexibility to adjust and set along with very limited programing options for home owners to enjoy the app and smart home uses , poor design and comfort , has a lot of delays and not always inline with home actual status of the item chosen Limited lenguage menu and the audio video control lacks a keyboard (letters) when using you tube or other search’s where typinn is needed (time consuming) Crashes all the time and has very slow response when going between screens or when sending orders , connecting to the reviewers / TV / electric switches is not always smooth and there are a lot of delays and even no response List is longer then that , but seriously with the money that is charged for the hardware control 4 should have made an effort to at least make a bit more user Friendly

I thought this would be the right system for our smart home we built, and it turns out it’s too clunky and slow responsive. We spent way too much money on our smart home to have such a clunky and what seems to be an outdated operating system. I’m trying to figure out an alternative way to run my house as this just isn’t working smoothly.

Elegantly Apple-esque, but light years beyond. Steve Jobs would be jealous.

The app does not work and have tried multiple times to get support.

I’ve used C4 for 5 years. Have a large fully automated home and gates. While the app does work, it does get buggy. The door station has lag times to ring to the touchscreens, same with ringing to the phones. The light and fan switches work quickly and wonderfully. The music interface could work better—especially when it comes to Apple Music—and using family profiles for music. For the substantial money I have invested in this system, I expect and demand better.

Being completely honest, I like the app but the people who install are unreliable and will read the messages you send and never respond. I have asked multiple times over multiple months for assistance and they say they will get back to me and do not return my texts or calls. It’s very disappointing. Don’t bother getting the app since the people who install it don’t ever care once you’ve paid them.

It has been years and they continue to ignore the intercom function. We installed two touch panels and a DoorStation to use this functionality and it’s terrible. Dreadful. Rarely works when needed. Delay to answer calls from iOS is ridiculous. DoorStation rings on iOS without any dependability. Ring is way better and way way cheaper. Been this way for years. They ask for feedback in the app so they seem to be aware of the issue. I have no confidence they will do anything to fix the issues.
